About me
My name is Alexander Stanimirov Kolev. I was born in July 4, 1982 in small town called Stip. I spent my childhood at my birth place. I have attended a primary school called “Slaveyko Arsov” and a secondary textile school called “Dimitar Miraschiev”. At the primary school I have got elementary education like writing and reading, my obligations in the future, about society and the proper way of the life. After that, at secondary I learned about technique of fabric printing to textile and after finishing it I decided to open my horizons at some university. So now I am student and now I’m studying at the University of Plovdiv.
My student life
I study computer science at the faculty of mathematics and computer science. The faculty of mathematics and computer science is a part of the University of Plovdiv called “Paisii Hilendarski”. I would like to find out all secrets about computer and computer’s components. I would like to design my own computer programs and I don’t like to waste my time playing computer games. So I decided to study computer science. Sometimes I create web pages for other people and enterprises. One of my web pages is virtual museum for the University of Plovdiv, anyone who is interested to see my virtual museum has to click here. It is simple web page with an easy to use interface. It contains useful information about the University. I’m very proud of my virtual museum because I left something mine for this university. Also I would like to thank my professor of English language Ivan Shotlekov for supporting me in this matter.
Life in Plovdiv
Plovdiv is a beautiful city with many green parks, with beautiful squares and many facilities. It is situated in the south of Bulgaria. You can go at many discotheques, Internet cafes and many famous night clubs. When the weather is good you can enjoy walking along the parks with your friends or with your girlfriend. There are many libraries where you can find all kinds of literature about technology, computer science, medicine and all other natural sciences. Also you can find many famous short stories, novels and poetry of famous authors.
In my spare time
You can do a lot of things in your spare time here in Plovdiv. I like reading books in English language, so that I can learn and practice writing and speaking the English language fluently. I hope English would be of great help for my future job as well as for traveling and maybe for pleasure or interest. English is an international language. It is my personal passport for traveling everywhere.
