Each academic year consists of three trimesters: Autumn, Winter
and Spring. Examination weeks |

follow each of the trimesters. |

The contact hours in each trimester of the full-time (part-time,
respectively) students are within of |

10 weeks (3 weeks, respectively). |

All subject entered in the Cirriculum are obligatory. |

The elective courses can be practicums and seminars, too. They
are elected by the students from |

a list endorsed by the Faculty Board. Besides them, facultative
courses or practicums are offered |

each trimester. |

If a student has taken exams on extra subjects, then they has
been entered in the Diploma. |

The subjects, which are not included in the Cirriculum of the
corresponding speciality, can be |
| |
recognized as elective courses, if they are completed with exams
on other speciality of our or other |

Faculty. |

The tuition finishes with a written state exam or a defence of
the thesis paper. |

The evaluation on given subject is doing at the exam within the
examinational session following |

each trimester or by continuous assessment within the
trimester. |

1 ECTS credit = 25 hours of student workload = 33⅓ 45-minute
academic hours of workload |
